For north/west suburban routes, other Tamil Nadu rail journeys, railway fares and current service updates, check Indian Railways. Adambakkam is excluded from boarding routes here: the March 2026 notice deferred its stop, and a later opening has not been confirmed in this guide.

This guide covers 41 Metro stations and the Beach–Tambaram–Chengalpattu and Beach–St. Thomas Mount MRTS connections. Other railway stations are available for search only. Routes use the fewest connections, then changes; travel times may vary.
Monthly totals are repeated single journeys, not a monthly pass. Card deposits, top-ups, parking, connecting transport and special offers are excluded. Confirm current ticket availability with CMRL.
For current departures, platforms and service changes, check the operator’s updates and station displays. This guide does not provide live information.

The saved standard fare table ranges from ₹10 to ₹50 for different stations. Eligible digital QR and NCMC fares range from ₹8 to ₹40. Check CMRL for current prices.
